"3 NOKTA OYUNCULARI" (Three Dots Players) was founded by Cem Baza, Manfred Bormann and Fulya Peker. Their desire to create theatrical works inspired by their shared geographical and historical references brought them together in NYC in 2008. Since then, they are determined to put together a theater repertory which can be presented both in Turkey and in the USA...
Their first project, "Adalet Agaoglu Projesi" (Adalet Agaoglu Project), will open at The Producers' Club on December 16th, 2009. It is comprised of two one act Turkish plays. The first play, "Bir Kahramanin Olumu" (Death of a Hero), was written by Adalet Agaoglu, a prominent Turkish novelist-playwright who is known for her different experiments in literary styles along with her conceptual explorations; the second play, "Bir Olumun Kahramani" (A Hero of a Death), was adapted to stage by Fulya Peker from Adalet Agaoglu's famous novel "Olmeye Yatmak" (Lying Down to Death) in response to the first play.
